Over at dB Technologies they’ve taken the active speaker another step forward in the right direction. The DVX series consists of speakers and monitors with built-in digital amplifiers. There are separate amplifiers for high and low frequencies in the speakers, so a beautiful, clear, full sound is produced. The speakers all have the same power, but differ when it comes to sound pressure.

The DM 12 is an active bi-amped floor monitor that offers power and efficiency, as it is designed for professional applications. The DM 12 is the perfect solution for equipping average to large stages with high-quality monitors. The 12-inch RCF neodymium woofer and the 1.4-inch RCF neodymium compression driver work together to ensure a crystal-clear sound, even at the highest volumes.
